The Founder
I had dream to organize a great company since my student’s period. Getting IT- education and being keen to the latest technology and designing I’d recognized that transport monitoring was not only my hobby but profits for other people and companies. In 2005 the navigation market was free. So we started from the equipment installation for two Emergency department’s machineries and the major developer. Now we’d grown up to the level that allowed us to say we were the best Russian and Commonwealth of Independent States company which was professional in transport management. A lot of designing, perfect team, many realized projects and satisfied customers set the development strategy and allowed to speak about the beginnings of the ACS.
